ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - SUE RYDER - HOLME HALL
Holme Hall is located in the village of Holme on Spalding Moor near York in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
Holme Hall is a 37-bed registered care centre. Our nurse-led service provides nursing care for people of 18 years and over. The people we support have a range of neurological conditions such as acquired brain injury, multiple sclerosis, Huntington’s disease, cerebral palsy, stroke and Parkinson’s disease.
The services we provide are
• nursing care
• short-term respite care
• in-house support services (including catering and laundry)
• specialist care services (with visiting GP and other health and social care professionals)
• care at the end of life, in partnership with GPs and community nursing teams
